I believe most of you must be fighting with your fats over the years because they have been giving you trouble be it phototaking or size of clothes. Quinie is STILL fighting her fats now and i have been doing it like every other day. Really! Okay let me share with you what i usually do on a daily basis.
For the past 7 years, i have been skipping carbo food like rice & potatoes. I'll still eat noodles but not everyday. I show you my daily meals intake.
Breakfast
- A cup of coffee + 2 slices of bread (be it plain or not)
Lunch
- Usually i DO NOT take lunch. :D Maybe a cup of tea to perk myself up.
Dinner
- When i'm home for dinner, i'll drink soup and grab a few bites(when i say a few bites, it's really 3-4 bites).
- Then go jogging for 30mins on alternate days.
- OR if i'm out for dinner. Usually i'll take salad or share food with friend. Because my appetite is really small! =.=
- When i'm home before i bathe, i'll do at least 50 crunches / 100 situps.
- Do not intake too much of water. It's to prevent yourself looking bloated the next day!
YAH! That's what i've been doing on a daily basis AND that's only applicable when i'm out working. SO if i'm at home the whole day like on a weekend., i'll take in even lesser food.
Breakfast
- A cup of coffee + 1 or 2 slices of bread
NO LUNCH
Then go for swimming/skipping/cycling/jogging.
Dinner
- Drink soup.
- Do 50 crunches / 100 situps & skip for 1000 or 2000 times.
That's how i usually live my days. I know alot of my friends have been calling me sick or anorexic. BUT i'm not! In fact, i used to be even slimmer than now! I was once 39kg. But now i'm like 43kg. =.= I DON'T LIKE IT! FYI, i'm still on a diet. It's always good to be able to lose 1 or 2kg. Makes yourself happier too!
BUT please do not follow my sick appetite unless you are very determined! Because this comes with exercise as well as determination to hold onto this diet. Once you decided to break the rule and starts taking in plenty of rice and potatoes, i'm sure you will cry the next time when you weigh yourself on the weighing scale.
And you must be thinking, bread is also part of carbo. Why am i still taking bread? That's because Quinie loves bread to the max & CANNOT LAY HER HANDS OFF BREAD AT ALL! LOL! You can always replace bread with fruits or biscuits. Just make sure you have a good breakfast to start your day, that way you will feel better and work better too!
Just a piece of advise, try not to intake any food 4 hours before you sleep. Why? Because food in your body needs 4 hours to breakdown. And if you sleep within 4 hours after eating, in the long run i'm sure you can say HI to your belly. :)
I know i know. It feels so good to sleep right after eating. But in order too look good there's sacrifices to be made, isn't it? :)
